Having to wait over an hour for delivery and then to be told that the pizza had been sitting in a warmer is not acceptable. Have you ever had a pizza that has been sitting in a warmer that long? It is crusty, stale, and awful. The appropriate response is to offer to recook it. They charge an arm and a leg for the delivery fee, so they can doordash it. This is a clean store, with helpful staff. It was a very busy store, put everybody waiting was happy and patient even though they didn't need to wait long because the folks that work in there are pretty fast at their jobs. They were even training a new employee, and the service was still quick.
