This location is a great store. The staff is very polite and friendly and the pizza and bread sticks were delicious.

So order a pizza tonight go in and the told me it was cancelled out but still took the money off my card and still giving me updates on when it was going to be ready then he could pull it right back up in the computer so how was my order canceled so something that was supposed to take in 20 minutes to get took me almost an hour very rude about it this isn't the first time I've had issues last time I ordered pasta of bread sticks they forgot to make my breakfast so I had to wait 30 minutes for that almost this is ridiculous t... read more

Leaving 5 stars for the Pizza Hut in Radcliff because the young lady working this evening absolutely deserves the recognition. I had two large DoorDash orders, and she was the only employee there. Despite handling everything herself, she made quick work of both orders while still being friendly and taking a moment to chat. During our conversation, I learned she’s the only one working tonight, has to close the store, and then turn right around and open it again in the morning.
