Ordered and paid online through app, noticed I have a mistake. Tried calling multiple times, with no answer. Drove to the store to change the order. Worker was very rude and said my order is already done and can't change the order. Then she told me they don't answer phones after 4 pm, even though I called around 3:30pm. Ordered and paid online in the app, went in after 30-40 minutes only for them to immediately ask to cancel because they didn't have it at all. My food said it was ready and it was NOT there, like they didnt have 5 other pan pizzas visible behind them. Ive never had any problems with pizza hut but this was not professional and honestly horrible, other people were waiting in that building for HOURS to get there food. Best Pizzas..I ordered a pizza large there over the phone and paid for it with a credit card..said it would be ready in 25 minutes..got there 25 later..waited 1 hour and 5 minutes before I got my pizza....told the lady in charge 1 hour after it wasn't ready I was canceling my order it had been a hour and I still did not get my pizza...she said..oh it is almost ready...when I got the pizza it was not thoroughly cooked and falling apart.. then even give me my receipt....they need to change the manager and workers...horrible ex... read more
