Ordered online watched the order go through. It told me the total amount. I ordered it for later on it the day so my spouse could pick it up on the way from work. They acted like there was no order. I checked it in my orders after I ordered an hour later and it was there. Now I check it and it's not there anymore. Someone cancelled my order on their end. Very lazy and unprofessional. If someone made a mistake it could have been easily remedied. The fact that no one took responsibility or seemed to care was ridiculous.
very poor management and service took over an hour to get two pizzas after we already waited the 25 minutes they told us on the phone never going back I hate that they messed up Pizza Hut this way but oh well
