We placed an online order and we came in to pick it up and Melissa was helping us and she was such a doll i love her
Holy crow. Ordered and hour in advance. They lost my order. Said two people quit including a manager. Okay. Can't do anything about that. But then they go on to make me wait another hour, despite me ordering ahead and then leaving and coming back when they said they lost the he order.
food is pretty good, service sucked. i was waiting at the pick up window for 10 minutes before i was even acknowledged. took over 10 to get my food. the guy at the window was on and off the phone and typing stuff, didnt say anything until "it will be a second" around the 9ish minute mark. other employees looked at me and ignored me.
