Make sure you plan to wait an extra 20-30mins after you order shows complete. Everytime I order here they wait until I walk into the store to start it. No point in ordering ahead. My orders been show as complete for 20mins. But I’m still standing here.

Update May 2026. Pizza Hut was running a special, one large, 2 topping pizza for $10 so I did go back and gave it another try. It was the pan pizza I remembered from many years ago at Pizza Hut. After the 2 terrible experiences I previously had, I'm glad I went back and gave it another try. It was very good pizza and if I knew it would stay that way, I wouldn't hesitate going back.
