After putting an order in at 2:30 PM to pick it up at 5:15 PM, I was told i would have to wait 30min at 5:15. This place either needs more help or a better team because the fact that after 3 hours of having the order, it still managed to be late is just crazy. I had 1 Small pizza..... ridiculous

Ordered my food online, two medium pizzas, some cheese sticks and some wings. When I arrived to pick the food up, the cashier said it’ll be another 5 minutes can you please pull around. No problem, I waited about 12 minutes then came back around. She said it’ll be another 5 minutes can you please pull around again. I did this 7 times, waiting over an hour for my food while the app said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes so I waited 20 minutes to give them time.
