I ordered a pizza today from Pizza Hut I’ve never had any issues… But today I get a pizza that isn’t even able to be picked up without crumbling apart in the pizza box. So what do I do I call them asking if I could return my pizza in exchange for a new one. The quote on quote manager says they can’t make me a new pizza or process a refund and that they would take my name and number and leave it for their general manager. What good does that do me when I’m hungry now 🤣

Omg this is best pizza hut I have had in long time great staff ruthie is so get and made sure my food was nice and hot.
Ordered from store at 1:57pm for delivery. They sent out a 3rd party doordash driver to deliver at 3pm and food arrived cold and soggy at about 3:15. Dissapointed is laughable considering we had just talked about how good the food has been before we decided to order.
