They delivered 30 minutes late and all my visitors went home before the food arrived then no one call me from the store about my order will be late No apologized when I call the store , take note I need to call them around 7:15 pm and they say the order didnt pop up until 7:00 pm, I place the order 2 hrs earlier. That is not acceptable .
Pizza was 30+ mins past the ready time. No compensation for horrible time delay or negligence on order. Not even an apology.
I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again! It costs me nearly $100 to feed my family and takes 2hr++ to arrive!! When I call the store to find out where our food is and why it is taking so long, they tell me... "if it hasn't arrived in 15 minutes" to give them a call back. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
3 times I have ordered delivery here 3 time I have spent 100+$ here for delivery and all 3 times something was either missing or wrong with my order. Not once has my order been remade or anything worst franchise on island avoid this store in particular because they like to give you soggy pizza not cooked and not safe to eat
