The past two times I ordered pizza I have ordered well in advance for a specific time and would receive an email saying my order was ready. When I go to pick up the pizza they just tell me they haven't even started on my order, can't give me a time estimate and are fairly rude about the entire situation. Their online ordering system is fairly busted and if they can't come close to the set time they shouldn't accept online orders or at least not send emails saying your order is ready.
