I’ve reached the point where I can’t rely on this Pizza Hut location anymore. They consistently get my order wrong — missing items, missing drinks, or the pizza made incorrectly — and it’s happened three separate times. When I try to get it corrected, they say they’ll “save a discount” under my phone number, but I can’t use it in the app where all my actual rewards are.
