Order said ready on app. Walked in and still waited 15 mins. And I wasn't the only one. Also, I couldn't hear the employee at the cash register. Way too much noise... Need a partition or a loud speaking employee. Otherwise, food was great and absolutely loved the new Crafted Flatzz!Â

Have a Fox card Specifically for this location was told they don’t take them. Total waste of money. Was very rude to me!!Â
I will never order from this Pizza Hut again did a order for delivery. They gave me an ETA of 9:38 to 9:48 PM and just didn’t deliver my order at all. No call to say hey can you pick it up or anything? Worst experience ever. I will never ever ever order from here again and I recommend nobody orders from this Pizza Hut in Royse CityÂ
