Placed an order on line and when it was delivered it was wrong. Tried calling the restaurant and got the call center for the region. They could not transfer me to my local location because they were not taking calls. Was given the corporate number and was told to go to the website to leave feedback. Still cannot get my correct order so we can have dinner. What a screwed up system!!!!

The pizza is great, but if you want to get a 2 liter from this establishment, there’s a pretty good chance you’re not going to get what you ordered. Bought a Dr. Pepper, and they gave me Pepsi? This has happened multiple times now. I don’t even know how you get that wrong tbh. Probably high as usual

Madison Pizza Hut. Tried to make an order, but the person that answered the phone couldn’t understand English. Well, he was very rude and then they hung up. I usually have Domino’s, which is never been bad. I thought I’d try Pizza Hut. I hadn’t had them in years. But the Madison store is not the place to go.
