Dude with long red hair and beard was rude when I asked him a simple question then was rude to my 5 year old for no reason, completely uncalled for.
Madison Pizza Hut. Tried to make an order, but the person that answered the phone couldn’t understand English. Well, he was very rude and then they hung up. I usually have Domino’s, which is never been bad. I thought I’d try Pizza Hut. I hadn’t had them in years. But the Madison store is not the place to go.
I got a buffalo chicken melt and lemme tell you I would have fist fought your grandmother for how you did my dish. 50 pieces of thick onions on this. There’s more onions on this then sauce cheese or chicken. And people complain that they need a raise. No you need a manual. Delivered and paid cash can’t even get a refund cause yall had DoorDash deliver it

I want to give humongous shot out to Sarah!!! She went above and beyond. She made me laugh when I called in and I made her laugh when I called back. A little inside humor, with the best employee ever. Thank you for making my Friday night and entire weekend. Thanks again Sarah for making it right, even when you didn't have to. Prompt delivery and everything. 😉🫠😁
