The staff was very efficient. They provided excellent customer service
I phoned in my order for carryout. I ordered 2 thin crust, one with pepperoni and 1 with Italian sausage. I was told the cost. Upon my husband picking it up, he was only given 1 pizza and only charged for 1 pizza. When I called to complain to the manager about my order being wrong, I was told that I needed to call back in an hour because they were very busy.
Wanted to come to a "classic" Pizza Hut out of a sense of 90's nostalgia. So, I drove 30 minutes to Louisburg in after-church traffic. Let's start with the highlights: The checkered red tablecloths, crimson hard plastic cups, Tiffany lamps overhead and newly furnished booths are all steps in the right direction. The food was hot, and came out promptly. It was good, for modern Pizza Hut.
