I phoned in my order for carryout. I ordered 2 thin crust, one with pepperoni and 1 with Italian sausage. I was told the cost. Upon my husband picking it up, he was only given 1 pizza and only charged for 1 pizza. When I called to complain to the manager about my order being wrong, I was told that I needed to call back in an hour because they were very busy.

Wanted to come to a "classic" Pizza Hut out of a sense of 90's nostalgia. So, I drove 30 minutes to Louisburg in after-church traffic. Let's start with the highlights: The checkered red tablecloths, crimson hard plastic cups, Tiffany lamps overhead and newly furnished booths are all steps in the right direction. The food was hot, and came out promptly. It was good, for modern Pizza Hut. We don't eat pizza often but when we do we have a pleasant experience at the Louisburg location. The staff members greet with a smile and are ready to help you order. Wait time is usually the pretty standard time, 15-20 minutes. We normally only order pizza and it is always cooked to just right.

I brought the mix and match family pasta for $14.99 and got both cheesy/alfredo chicken. First bite tasted weird from the Alfredo pan…it was spoiled. I got rid of all of it..We gave this place plenty of chances but this is the last straw. Never going back again.
