We don't eat pizza often but when we do we have a pleasant experience at the Louisburg location. The staff members greet with a smile and are ready to help you order. Wait time is usually the pretty standard time, 15-20 minutes. We normally only order pizza and it is always cooked to just right.

I brought the mix and match family pasta for $14.99 and got both cheesy/alfredo chicken. First bite tasted weird from the Alfredo pan…it was spoiled. I got rid of all of it..We gave this place plenty of chances but this is the last straw. Never going back again.

If you order take out or delivery, just be prepared for your order to be wrong. This was our 2nd and final order. Pretty straight forward on app order and it was half right and half wrong. Supposed to be regular meat pizza on regular crust, but we got meat pizza on thin crust. Ordered buffalo wings and garlic parm wings, they labeled them as such however both containers had buffalo wings. Also, one of the wings was raw, so that was fun. Time to change the carpet Hut! I stopped in for lunch and had to wait for my order, so as I place around waiting I have a quick observance of the establishment. I know that this particular Pizza Hut has been around for wise some time now, but what really grabbed at me was the condition of the carpet. It would be very hard for me in sit down and eat here because my focus wild be on that carpet. Either change or have someone to drop clean and deep sanitize it.

Ordered online waited 40 min saw the pizza was still in oven. Called twice before they picked up and said we don’t have that crust we only have thin. I paid $75 to not get an order. So I asked for refund and after 12 minutes I got online and chatted with a rep and got an incident number. Still on phone I finally hung up at 22 min. Such a shame beyond bad experience we had to order food else where and had to pick it up to eat finally.
