This review is more about their technology than this particular location, but I’ve never been to another location more than once. I placed an order several weeks ago via the app. The app crashed while my credit card was processing. I did not receive an email receipt and there was no record of my order on the app, but my card was charged. So, I called the store and they confirmed they did received my order. Trinity the GM done an AMAZING JOB running the whole lunch buffet and building from taking orders to preparing pizzas keeping the buffet and salad bar full waiting tables cleaning and checking out customers while also helping doordash customers and regular customer orders she's phenomenal and deserves all the praise and raises she can get in sure the pizza hut chain knows they have a very valuable employee but she's the ULTIMATE and deserves to be recognized!!!!!
