I placed an order for a Big Dinner Box for my co-workers and I using Doordash. I waited about 45 minutes to 1 hour to show up to ensure my order was definitely ready. When I arrived I was told them don't make Doordash orders due to Dashers not showing up? I do not work for Doordash I am a paying customer who now has to sit for 20+ minutes to get my food.Ā

The workers have the worst attitude Iāve ever seen. The female working on the night of 03/08/2025 was somewhat tolerable although she constantly complained about being understaffed like thatās my problem or any other customers. She proceeded to tell every walk in customer that didnāt have a pickup order that it would be a minimum of 45 minutes to get a pizza. It gets better. The male member on staff was intolerable.
