pizza was awful. they annihilated it to the point that the cheese was toasted away and the crust was tough. We were short on time and didnt notice til we got home. huge disappointment and waste of money
Ordered pickup on January 30 and received a notification that the food was ready. When we arrived, staff admitted they had made the wrong wings and asked us to wait an additional 15 minutes while the rest of our order sat in a warmer. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes, and when we got home everything was cold except the wings they had remade. Ordered online, I arrived 5min early and waited inside. Friendly staff and clean facilities, quiet. My food was on point, I asked that it be “slightly overcooked” and it was delicious! Using the app saves you a lot of money!
Used to be great but horrible experience with doughy original pan 3 times in a row . Bad staff experience and no reply from company after assuring contact from manager. Try Papa John’s for better pizza!
