Pizza Hut gets a bad rap sometimes, but I have had all good experiences here. This week My served us our takeout pizza with killer kindness. Pizza was tasty and fresh, and ready very shortly after I ordered it online.
My was nice and helpful. Great customer service.
Pizza was on point and service was A+, can’t beat a drive thru pizza!

I would give the service at the 23rd St Pizza Hut a negative 10 if I could. I walked in on Tuesday and did a carry-out order on a 1-topping personal pan pizza and paid over $7! (that's a horrible price for such a small pizza). Then After I get home, I found out that personal pan pizzas on Tuesday's are only $2. I took my receipt and went back into the store to only have a manager tell me it was for online orders only.
