The manager at this Pizza Hut location was the most unprofessional, rude and aggressive manager I have ever. He yelled and cussed at my sister and made her feel very uncomfortable. Very hostile service.

Very hostile service. Rude and incompetent manager. He snatched the pizza off the counter and aggressively threw it in the trash without even speaking to us about the issue with our order. Then when he was leaving he made comments referring to us as “dumb asses”. This manager (he was an old white guy with grey stubble and black nail paint) was so upset for some unknown reason. Horrible would never order from here again. Honestly he should be fired.

Delivery order by Door Dash was incomplete and food boxes were open when handed to me. I called Pizza Hut to complain. The customer service rep was difficult to understand and while I heard him say "rebate", he processed a "remake." The pizza was cold (probably because the boxes were open and not stored in insulated delivery bags while in transport). On September 2nd 2026, I went to order pizzas and I told the cashier that I wanted to do the 5 for $55 deal and he said he couldn’t do stuffed crust, said he didn’t have time for this, and told us to hurry up, he raised his voice and had a negative attitude! He doesn’t respect customers and should not have a job interacting with customers! Absolutely despicable!
