Advice to customers. Check your receipt to make sure that Pizza Hut employees don’t add a tip without your knowledge. This is what happened to me when ordering takeout. Twice. The first time I noticed it while I was still in the diner. I quickly mentioned it to the cashier and I was refunded what they added. That was 3-4 months ago. Terrible service, asked for napkins, asked for additional condiments paid for them, but then had to ask for a bag and then had to bag it ourselves. Upper management must be doing a terrible job with training. It's sad that it does not exist..
