Absolute worst customer service experience alone experience ever. To start I ordered through the Pizza Hut app for my food to be delivered to my room and pay with cash, The app was glitching so I called the store to make sure my order actually went through. They confirm my order went through was coming out of the oven. I waited it was being delivered through DoorDash whatever fine like I didn’t love that because they didn’t disclose that but it’s fine whatever I just wanted to get my food delivered. This was a tomato paste pizza. It quite literally tasted like the entire sauce was just tomato paste, and there was so much of it. We were hungry so we got this as a pitstop, and it was warm and fresh, but the sauce made us not enjoy it as much. The lady was nice and bad good service, I just think the pizza needs a lot of work.

The mangers at this location go above and beyond. I went in for the buffet on Thursday and had a really great experience. All the staff that works here are absolutely incredible. Thanks so much for everything ❤️
