I dined in today and told the server I was going to order for myself and do the "kids eat free" personal pan pizza special advertised at the entrance for my kids. After paying I realized I was charged for the kids pizzas and when I asked about it the employee told me "oh yeah I was busy and forgot to take that off." They started pulling some cash out of the register and I thought it was to refund the pizza but they took it somewhere else. Over the last year this location has gone to absolute junk due to poor staffing which I am sure is due to requirements set by the franchise. Today was the last order I will ever make with them that was cancelled after an hour of waiting on food to be delivered only to have to call and find out that they will not even have a driver for another 4 hours.
