Ice machine broken only drinks were soda.place was empty, however staff couldn't have been nicer!
After several failed attempts to find a place open in the area, we finally settled on Pizza Hut, which according to their Google Business profile, is open for dine-in until 11:00 PM. We arrived at 9:00 PM and were immediately greeted — not with a hello, not with a welcome, but with a rude and abrupt, “Do you have a carryout order?” It felt more like we were an inconvenience than paying customers. Every time we call we wait on hold for over 20-30 minutes. Than when they do answer they are rude and hateful. When you get the call center, they mess everything up…so disappointed because I have always used this place but I’m about to go elsewhere!!!!!
Went in for a late night pizza Sunday and the customer service was top notch. Even though she was busy cutting pizza and cashiering she went out of the way to make customers feel welcome. Plus was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.
