Ordered contactless delivery because myself and toddler are feeling sick. The driver arrived and knocked on the door. But did not leave. He knocked again and again and again. And then called me multiple times. Had just gotten the baby to sleep 10 minutes before this. He would not stop. I get that he was trying to make sure someone was home. But it's daylight. Big New Yorker. Was incorrect, spicy sauce instead of sweet marinara. Could not get thru to actual store as they would not answer phone, kicked to the 'call center' 6 times. Had to drive to store to ask for new pizza. Was told they would fix immediately and send out for delivery, approximately 20-30 mins. +1 hr later...well, receive a fairly cold replacement...

Ordered a pizza at 9:18 pm for delivery. Expected delivery is 9:58. 10:48 have to drive to the store. Girl at the window is immediately rude before anything was said. Disgusted look on her face when she sees me sitting at the window. I ask if anyone is out delivery food but mid sentence interrupts me asking my name but I didn’t hear her. Ordered delivery, food was suppose to be here at 9:58, it’s now 10:38 and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Was sent to a “representative center” who couldn’t help me, transferred me to the store location and I’ve been stuck on hold since. My husband had to drive there to figure out why our food was never delivered.
