Absolutely terrible experience at Pizza Hut in North Pole. I DoorDashed my order and when it got to my house, I had the pizza and the breadstick box, but there were no breadsticks in the box. I called Pizza Hut and explained the situation and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, told us there was nothing she could do and hung up on me before I could tell her the receipt number. The pizza did not taste like it was done and upon picking up there was a guy directly outside the door smoking a cigarette, it just didn't feel like a welcoming environment and the pizza was not that good

I don't know how this place is still open. Spent $70 just to have the whole order messed up. now you would think it's just a one time occurrence, but no, they specialize in craptastic service, it's never a consistent mess up either, one day they give you 4 wings instead of 6, the next they don't give you any marinara sauce with their cardboard breadsticks, other days they'll charge you for a 2 topping pizza only to give you a pepperoni.
