This was the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut. I placed my order online, paid in advance, and received a confirmation message saying my pizza would arrive at 5:28 PM. It never arrived. I called the store twice, and both times they told me they could not find my order. I gave them my phone number, my name, and my address, but they kept saying there was no order in their system. Told us food was ready and it wasn’t and then didn’t even make the wings when ordered at 9:22 and now are mad we made them make the wings 10 minutes before close. Like sorry some people are lactose -_-
They got me good this time. This was supposed to be a 3 topping pizza. Never tipping them again.
