Ordered a pizza and bread sticks for delivery at 845 pm. Said it should be delivered by 930 pm. So I tried calling repeatedly. No one would answer. So I drove to the store. And they said they haven't even received my order yet. And give them a little and it would be delivered. Now its 1130...and still no pizza. Worst experience ever. I want a refund. I will never order from pizza hut again after this experience.
Clean, nice environment and friendly staff.
Edit* not only was it almost two hours late but 2 of the pizzas werent anything close to what i ordered i either want my pizzas or money back Usually, I have no problem ordering here but recently my pizzas have been late. I usually order over the app and to pick it up at a specific time for example today ordered 3 pizzas at 6:05 over the app to be picked up at about 720. it is now currently 850 and I finally got my Pizzas And usually, I would order two pizzas and I would get it On time, but recently, I’ve had to wait anywher... read more
