This is one of the most poorly ran restaurants I have ever been to. Have a pickup order? Be ready to wait up to an hour for your food after you have already arrived to pick it up. This isn’t just a one time instance either. This is every single time you order. It isn’t an employee problem it is a management issue.
I don’t ever leave reviews but here is my first one. The pizza is almost always raw in some places. The major issue is that I, and from what I’ve been told by multiple others, have found hair in our food in almost every visit. Hairnets are not worn here and it shows. One of their managers handle food, box and slice pizzas, and hands them out all while messing with his hair. Always check your order before leaving. If you drive seven miles home only to find it’s wrong, that means a 14-mile round trip just to get it fixed. Gas isn’t cheap, and neither is time. When Papa John’s once messed up my pizza, they were so apologetic I told them it was fine, but they still gave me a free side or dessert along with the remade pizza. That made me feel valued. A simple “sorry, come back, we’ll fix it” doesn’t really cut it, not with today’s prices and the wear on your car.

Pizza is usually pretty good. Employees not so much. Stood at the counter 5-10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me . No "hello"... just "name on the order?"
