Waited an hour to get a carry out order. Food was supposed to be ready to pick up at 7:10 but I didn't get my order until after 8 pm. Wanted to just cancel after waiting half an hour but there was no way to get a refund or cancel the order on the app since I had already paid ahead online. Pizza hut is usually great but do NOT go to this location.
If you are considering ordering from here, good luck, because you will not only get your food wayyyy later than expected, but when it finally arrives, you will be missing something. I have ordered here a few times and there is ALWAYS something missing even though they put a sticker on the box that says our order has been checked for quality and accuracy!! Ordered a medium pan & breadsticks. Got a thin crust with cold, hard breadsticks.
Lady had a terrible attitude and was incredibly rude to myself and another customer. Recommend any other Pizza Hut besides this location. Awful service unfortunately.
