First off, this is a restaurant...why would you NOT have a server scheduled to work??? The dishwasher and cook were taking orders while the manager was trying to figure everything out! Everybody that came in AFTER us got their food while we sat there! Our order was taken by the dishwasher, it somehow got lost! Half hour or so later the manager came over and apologized and took our order AGAIN! The only good thing was when we went to go, the manager apologized again and said our meal was on her! Entire staff very friendly, food was excellent, very pleased with our visit.
