Awful all around. Staff and management are down right awful. Phone doesnt work. Call center cant help. Never going to order here again.
The dude at the counter is always so cheerful. Makes the stop a good time.
One topping mini pizza.didnt know I had to put pepperoni topping. Just cheese boring. Used a free promo for a pepperoni one. It had pepperoni. None of them had sauce on them. One of them was burnt. Bad lunch today. Disappointed

Tried ordering some personal pan pizzas for my kids from the “Book It” summer reading program. I had to call because they were showing as “sold out” online. After being disconnected three times through their third party call center I was transferred to the store manager where I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer before the line went busy. Gave up and ordered Dominos instead. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut for not having adequate product for this reading program and awful customer service to remedy.
