Thursday August 28, 2025 I went in for a pizza. Went in and sat at a table and was approached by an employee that asked if he could help me my reply was I'd like a pizza. His reply was we have no server. I stated that I would be happy to go to the counter and get the pizza (still dining in). Now his reply was that they do not have any dough to make pizzas. What is a Pizza Hut without pizzas? Just an empty building out of business? I can't post any pictures since there is nothing to show for my trip into Glasgow.
Bad customer service, got our pizza before we got our drinks. Server was kinda rude.
