Pizza was fresh and hot. They had a lot of customers and were still polite and efficient.
This place is usually ok.. lately service has just been down right rude.. you walk in and everyone just ignores you... one girl in the back just glared at me.. One poor lady was doing all the work while the other two where in the back with not a care in the world. I tried to take sympathy and narrow down her search when she did address me and I was snapped at. I get it she was prb stressed but come on pizza hut do better.
The food is great but the staff and environment are horrible. Every time I come in, someone has a nasty attitude. I ordered delivery through their website and decided to call the store 30 min after the estimated delivery time. The person on the phone told me that someone was there to pick it up but canceled due to pay. That they have no drivers for the day meaning a Dasher would have to pick up my food. Mind you, I ordered through the restaurant cause I am low on expenses and I know doordash drivers only get paid through tip... read more
