Do you want the worst customer service ever? Well, you hit the jackpot at this place. I ordered a pizza, waited two hours, and there were no updates. I called their number and was on hold so long that it hung up. After 5 minutes, I called again, and the number said the Pizza Hut location was closed, which is weird because they are supposed to be open for another hour. What makes this worse is that this isn't the first time I've encountered this problem at this one singular location.
Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order and was charged THREE separate times, yet the employee refused to give me my food because their system “didn’t show it.” I physically showed her all three charges posted on my bank statement, and she still denied my order like that was my problem.
