We are regular online order pickup customers, usually relying on the $10 large 1-topping pizza deal for a budget-friendly meal, and 9 times out of 10, our food is great. I placed an order for cheese sticks online at 8:24 PM, order was ready at 8:38PM according to the status update I received. I arrived to pickup the order at 8:40PM. Went to counter and was completely ignored until 9:00PM, my order was laying on the workstation, uncovered, box open when I arrived.
