This place is disgusting. The not only took over 45 minutes but when the food was boxed they left it on a counter for 5 more min and rested nasty broom handles on the box.
I had not been here in a few years, and it will probably be a few more before I come back, if at all. Just an abysmal experience on a Sunday night. There was nobody here besides our group and after over an hour some of us still don't have our food.
Food was great. But not hour plus long wait great. We got our food before the other two tables did and they were there well before we were. I don't know if they are understaffed or the staff is just super young with no guidance but definitely not worth dinning in EVER again in cassville Missouri.
We were the only people in the restaurant, had to seat ourselves while waiting on the rest of our party, another group showed up with three people they got their food, ate,paid and left before we got served cold BBQ chicken wings, luke warm cheesy bread sticks and a salad, two of us left after the manager gave a sorry excuse for the cold chicken wings, and the cheese bread sticks were barely luke warm which came out at the same time as the salad, again this was after waiting almost an hour and a half, really not sure how muc... read more
