We were in our way to the Eastern Shore late in the day. The ordering area was unmanned so we waited perhaps 10 minutes while the sysff was taking care of earlier orders. A hockey was in the middle of the small area to catch drips from a leaking roof. Finally my order was taken and I was informed that it would be 25-20 minutes. Always on time, hot and delicious.
This was the worst customer service that I have ever received. From the server, Christopher, to the manager who failed to provide her name. She was rude and very dismissive. I am not sure if it's because of the color of my skin, but I deserve to know the name of anyone who provides a service to me and my family. Pizza-Hut, you got to do better! Now we're moving to another pizza company because you will no longer be our Friday night spot.
Ordered on the phone number on line. Automated system took order and read address of pizza hut address, said it would be ready in 20. Went there and they had no record of order.
