I only get pick up orders here, so I can't accurately comment on the atmosphere inside. The staff at the drive up window are fantastic.
The worst customer service i have ever witnessed! Last night I ordered 4 pizzas and cheese bread sticks I have a big family. Our order was supposed to be ready 15 minutes after ordering. I ordered from the app because I was shopping in Walmart. We were told by the time we got to the window on time it was gonna be another 5 minutes and could we pull up ok no problem. 30 minutes go by someone comes out asked us to pull up further and we asked how much longer she said we just got the bread sticks in so about 15 more minutes. Second time I've been stuck in drive through line behind a vehicle whos order wasnt ready. They need to be told to drive around. I gave up and went inside and was ignored. The car i was stuck behind finally got their pizzas, thry pulled off and the lady waited on the next car. I was still standing there. My order was cold when i got it.
