Lily has always been great a helpful and always willing to help anyone out
When messing up orders, states they will give credit but they don't. They then argue about the order and review one part of it instead of everything that was ordered, not expecting someone to come with proof and a receipt. They also say they will give credit but try charging full price when you pick your order up. They also say they talk to their "manager" and that their "manager" reviewed the receipt, but when asked to get the manager they state "I am the manager". Not sure who is running this place but pretty poor service.... read more
UPDATE: The young manager in charge tonight was rude, getting all puffy and had a rude tone of voice when I asked for a credit for a pizza I ORDERED but they did not have ready. I asked for a large cheese pizza, large pepperoni and a large pepperoni with bacon and buffalo chicken, along with 16 buffalo wings. They did not give me a cheese pizza. They gave me a pepperoni and the pepperoni with all the toppings. On the receipt they put it as pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Then the manager expected me to wait ANOTHER 15 minut... read more
