Real good customer service
The lunch buffet that runs from 11:30-1 during the week is really good. The only bad thing is service was slow and it took a long time to get drink refills and we sat for a while and after we were done eating and finally had to ask to get our check which also took a while. We will still go back but definitely make sure we have time to wait.
I think as a retired business owner, I can say all of this without an ounce of guilt. For one, they got 3/4 of my order completely wrong...although I guess it is partly my fault for not checking before driving off. However, the cashier at the drive-through and 2 other females workIng near window were so incredibly rude this evening, around 5pm, I will NEVEREVER go back there. I, as a former restauranteer would never allow such trash to front my place nor represent me. They dared me to give them a bad review. Well here it is.... read more
While dinning in it took over a half hour to get our pizza, come to find out they had put it in a to go box so it sat in the box for 20 minutes getting soggy and cold
