One of the only Pizza Hitts I gave been to that understands what golden brown means. Pizza was perfect!
The first we went the pizza was rock hard second time they made us wait 20 minutes and refused to give us our food simply ignoring us then they messed up our order next time, the cheese pizza had sauce when it was requested that it could not have sauce. The pepperoni pizza was lukewarm, soggy, and the sauce was hot it burnt the top of my brother’s mouth(the cheese was also terrible). It's either a mountain of sauce or none at all, they can never make the pizza the same way twice, service is..... well getting better, if u have any specific requests for ur food go somewhere else, they seem to have a lot of issues with the app too somehow the app loses ur order yet sends u a comp email, so u will get there and have to order it again in the parking lot, tonight I ordered a 3 topping pizza and they somehow forgot the sauce and never added the onion.
Manager is very rude and will not go back. Her name is Cindy and I think she needs to get fired and she is so rude of her staff. She also makes them cry for no reason and they r doing there best at what they can do by them self while she is always on her phone.
This place is awful for customer service and food. We sat 30 minutes whike the girl kept seating people but nobody taking orders. I went up to the counter and told the manager you need to not just seat people you also have to take their orders and serve them. I love Pizza hut but I'd stay clear of this one
