We ordered two pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks. Our order was to be completed by 6:37. At 7:15 we called to check on our order. They stated it would be ready any minute. We have the benefit of the doubt again and figured things were busy and the delivery driver had multiple orders. We called again at 8pm only to be told our order had been skipped over and wasn’t even started yet. They flat out lied to us about our order status.

Ordered pizza at 6:49. Was supposed to be ready at 7:03, originally. Changed to 7:08. The supposed manager tried to blame the wait on some undercooked breadsticks, although we'd already been waiting for more than 20 minutes. I complained that by waiting this long, everything else would be cold. Told me to check the receipt and double check my phone number. It wasn't my receipt. Asked to speak to the manager and supposedly the woman we were talking to was the manager. Highly doubt that as she has no customer service skills. A... read more

Service was lacking. Only 1 table was eating in the restaurant so the store was not busy at all. Waited 5 minutes at front to be asked about being seated because employees had to finish their conversation, right in front of us. Food came quickly and was good. The server didn't come back to the table even once our entire meal. We had to go ask for a box to go. I wanted a refill and never got one because they ignored our table. No check.
