I had a billing issue that was resolved thanks to Tom and his crew. Jimmy's Pizza is really a great pizza. And they offer Ice cream sandwiches from a local source and they're absolutely fantastic.. Give this local Pizza joint a chance and you'll be happy.. Thanks again Tom..
Don't order from here. Ordered online for delivery. Driver couldn't find my house. He finally called and asked for directions. I tried to give him directions and I could tell he wasn't paying attention. 20 minutes later, I called and left him a voicemail. He called back asking if I was sure about the street I lived on. Does a health inspector EVER visit this place??!! Every time I have been to the Litchfield location the food is NEVER ready anywhere remotely close to the time given. Service is horrible, absolutely not clean, and what is with the table upside-down in front of the secondary entrance or emergency door near the disgusting bathrooms??
