Update as of 1/7/26 I placed an order 30 mins before closing. Not sure if that is why our pizza was so dry with hard crunchy sausage and Just in general way over cooked. I asked for light sauce that ended up with no sauce that made it even more dry. The cheese crust cooked out of the crust. They were closed when I realized, so I couldn't return it or I would've. Ate here last night, 12/22, and it was absolutely horrible. Pizza had no sauce, was overcooked, and dry. Cinnasticks had the same issue. Tasted like everything had been sitting out for a while even though I sat and waited 20 minutes for them to make it

I consider myself a semi regular customer but not anymore. I spend extra money every time to get extra! Sauce and cheese and they never comply. My pizza for at least the third time in a row tastes like there is no sauce

We order from this Pizza Hut often. Normally we have no issues. Last night I ordered a large pan supreme. We were not happy with the pizza. Hardly any sauce and it was mostly crust. Very disappointed. Update 12/6/24 I gave Pizza Hut another try, did a pickup, I ordered a hand toss Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni, once again hardly any cheese and my crust with pan, so thick I could hardly eat it. Update 12/19/25 gave them another try, staff is friendly as can be, but the pizzas I’m not satisfied with.
