July 13: 1pm: Really kind employees
Got here at 9:59pm for pickup my order, they had locked the doors and said to use the drive thru pickup window, and when i got to the window at 10pm, they told me that they had cancelled my order and refunded my card….and i was trying to explain nicely that i came on time but the lady shut the window on me. Very rude, lazy and unprofessional staff please do better
Delivered the wrong pizza and then would not answer the phone for 2 hours so I ordered pizza from Papa Johns that does answer the phone. Was told Manager would call me back to rectify situation, never did. I did call back 2 days later and asked for the manager and guy on the phone told me he was store manager so after I told him what had happened he then said I am not manager and hung up phone. If your going to charge bacon as a topping then quit treating it like a bacon bit salad topping and put some freaking bacon your stupid pizzas.
