I love pizza hut’s food, but if you want delivery, expect to wait until midnight or maybe even expect to never get your pizza. If you want pick up ready in 25 minutes like the app says, expect to get there in 25 minutes and have to wait another 45 to an hour or more. This stores staff is either not enough, or a combination of that and just awful at their jobs. I expect more from a Collierville store.

-O stars🌟 I have been a productive citizen of my great city of Collierville for 22 yrs and I have never experienced the most unprofessional, and rudest customer service EVER like I have here at this pizza hut..On last week 10/16/25 I ordered a family meal which included 2 Lrg pizzas, dessert and 2 liter drink online on the company's website for pickup. I placed a order online with Pizza Hut at 12:53…1:47 I received my order I called to let them know my order is cold and the guy got smart with me saying the order been sitting there waiting on DoorDash driver and that’s got nothing to do with them and hung up in my face..I will not get nothing else from here.. this is my second time with these rude employees here
