Took 1 1/2 hours to get my order of two large pizzas! Ordered at counter ar 5:30PM Sun Aug 30. Came back to drive thru at 6:10PM and waited in line with 6 other cars until 7:00PM. Outrageous! Staff member told me they had gotten a new computer system that no one could figure out how to use. Also staff showed no sense of urgency that customers were waiting. Not sure if problem was new staff or poor training? Update: At owner request, I emailed my complaint. Twice got no reply. CustomersFirst@PizzaHutFWI.com
Services are awful and did not have order ready as scheduled, they make me wait 25 minutes after the time scheduled and when I comeback in to see if was ready they just about to start putting the pizza in the oven!!! tried several times contact customer services and just give me the runaround!

Placed an order for delivery. They forgot my drink and sauces. Called but they refused to bring my items.
I've eaten here several times and it's always been decent till now. I walk in with my date and it took over 10 minutes before they would even talk to us and after we were finally seated the service was awful. She took our order pretty quick but it took over a half hour to get our pizza and we were never able to get refills on our drinks.
