The manager of this location is SUPER RUDE. When we asked if we could substitute an item on our food, she completely lost it. We explained that we had no problem paying the cost for the substitution, she called my husband an asshole. Like, excuse me, what?? On the town's Facebook page, she began berating me calling me names. Is this really who Pizza Hut wants representing the company???

This place really is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Look at the reviews, they don’t lie. It is WELL worth the drive to Tullahoma than taking your chance here. I waited 20 minutes curbside before going in and they told me I was to call and tell them I was here. No one answers the phone anyway and the person in charge was standing there talking on it to her friend. I spoke with a gentleman named Gabrielle on 6/29/25 I ordered PIZZA and Boneless wings. I paid in cash. Got home with items it was Raw! Called the store Gabrielle said he was going to refund and credit my account $22. I paid 25 so he stole $22 from Pizza Hut. He did not refund me anything nor credit my account I called. They said I had to speak with the general manager which she is not there right now. Of course I want to speak with somebody who can actually do something this is posthumous!

This is by far the worst group of people to deal with. Extremely rude. Open whenever they want to. Leave you standing outside while waiting on your order, just to find out they have locked the doors to go shopping at Krogers. Then once you get in there your order hasn’t even been started so you’re waiting another 30 minutes for your food. Very rude and unprofessional staff.
