Horrible customer service!! For the last two weekends they have messed up our orders. Last weekend they delivered brownies instead of Apple pies. The driver stated his manager said they were out. I was never called to see what I wanted it to be refunded. I called to complain was told the manager would call me back and never did. Will never use again!! Only order here because my husband likes their Pepperoni Lover Pizza. First time ordered - got home with incorrect order. I was given an account credit which they never seem to honor. First time the excuse was I had to order through call center. Now the call center denies that I have a credit for my account. Staff was rude both times I tried to get the credit as though I am trying to rip someone off! Definitely sticking with Papa John's which is my favorite anyway!
Restaurant is always clean and fast with your order. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food has always been very good.
