Incompetent franchise... ordered 1 pizza 3 hours before I wanted to pick up. Told it was in the oven after standing at counter with no help for 10 minutes. 6 customers around me waiting 20 minutes plus also. 2 workers, floor girl and strung out pizza boy.... 34 minutes after 7pm pickup still waiting. Got up and left

I ordered 100 dollars worth of food and my buffalo chicken pizza is dry there is no buffalo on it at all. I will never order from them again. I payed all this money for the food to suck thanks a lot pizza hut that sucks. Never ever again.. and no I don't want myoney back,no I don't want y'all to remake the pizza just know that I will never ever order from all again. Just like every other place in Okeechobee. Y'all all suck

There isn't much locations that do dine in, was very excited to dine in with the family. It's 3pm and was denied service because there are "very busy" and they have to clean the tables.. is what I was told. I saw one table with people. She did mention she was short staffed. Maybe they were busy with online orders. I don't know just very disappointed.
