So on June 8th I placed an order around 830pm for delivery, I spent $25.88, I did everything on pizza hut's website, I entered my adress and then 45 minutes later I get a call from the driver stating she couldn't find my adress. Come to realize, my address is correct but some how it was entered in a different state to this exact location, I reached to corporate hoping there could be a refund or at least a credit to my store's location, all that person was make a ticket of it and that was it. This is the third time at this location I have had to wait over 30 mins past the time it said it would be ready for my order. This is unacceptable. I understand the occasional delay because of a rush of customers, I working retail, however the consistent lateness is just insane.
Order was supposed to be ready at 4:55 not busy first person in and still nothing
