I ordered online and it wasn't ready. I sat down right in front of their view. Then they didn't tell me when it was ready. so I sat there for and extra 15 minutes.

Will never go back almost 50 dollars in food waited an hour for it to be delivered it comes ice cold like it had been sitting there waiting for them to get multiple deliveries I called the store 10 minutes after projected time it was going to be done and the girl put me on hold saying she would look into why it wasnt here yet spent 20 mins on hold for her to never come back on and in middle of being on hold i received a text saying it was on its way stayed on hold the whole time until it arrived and no one got back on the ph... read more

So on June 8th I placed an order around 830pm for delivery, I spent $25.88, I did everything on pizza hut's website, I entered my adress and then 45 minutes later I get a call from the driver stating she couldn't find my adress. Come to realize, my address is correct but some how it was entered in a different state to this exact location, I reached to corporate hoping there could be a refund or at least a credit to my store's location, all that person was make a ticket of it and that was it.
