88% of the time this place sucks! I love pizza hut but they be messing up orders left and right! Missing items when delivered. I order a full melt one time and got a tiny round pizza that was even the flavor or toppings I order like seriously? Then sometimes they food be on point love the taste just this pizza hut really really need to get their orders correct! The service is top-notch, and the food is GREAT! Sure do miss the sit-down eat-in location across the street, but the service has NOTHING on the AMAZING service this location offers!
Horrible experience. I paid online with my card, was told it didn’t process and I had to pay again. My card was charged, I paid cash in store. So for starters I was charged twice. The pizza was also wrong, tasted and looked like cardboard sitting out for hours. The pizza was literally hard. It’s my birthday and I just wanted to treat myself to something and I got rude service, charged twice, and inedible food. Happy birthday to me thanks so much.
